If you are a landlord, there are many benefits of joining a landlord association. If you are a struggling landlord, having a hard time finding good tenants, or having any problems managing your rentals, a landlord group can be a useful source of advise, acknowledgment and help. Landlord associations are also sometimes called a Landlord Group, Real Estate Investing Club, or a Property Owners Association.
